What is Acro Dance...?

Acro Dance is a combination class where you will learn tumbling/gymnastics basics, tricks, and techniques, but also incorporating dance moves with your learned acro skills. It is a good way to learn and perfect basic techniques, while also exploring some dance moves as well!

Instills discipline, encourages muscle strength and growth, is fun for all ages.

  • Acro Dance Beginner [4-7yo] - Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm
  • Acro Dance Intermediate [8-12yo] - Tuesdays 6:15-7:15pm
  • Acro Dance Advanced [13+] - Tuesdays 7:15-8:15pm
