Please read through our studio policies thoroughly and feel free to contact us with any questions!

PAYMENT POLICIES:

2023-2024 Registration and Tuition Payment Information:

Power Explosion Studio of Dance tuition is based on an entire season of dance. Our dance season is 10 months and runs from September 2023 - June 2024. All dancers are required to pay for each month, as it is not based on the number of classes in a month or attendance. There is NO refund/prorate for missed classes, as you are allowed to make up a class within a month of the absence.

You have the option to pay the entire season in full or monthly installments. ½ of the first month’s tuition is due with your registration fee, this installment is non-refundable and non-transferable. The second half of your first month’s tuition is due by your child’s first class of the season. The other installments are due the 1st of each month (October 2023-June 2024). In addition to ½ of the first month’s tuition being due with your registration fee, a $50.00 costume deposit for each dance/genre your child is in is due as well. These payments are also non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you pay for the entire season in full by September 11, 2023, you will receive a 10% discount on tuition. CASH OR CHECK PAYMENT ONLY WHEN PAYING FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON IN FULL. Please note: If you pay your dancer’s tuition for the full year and withdraw from classes for any reason (loss of interest, school obligations, injury, illness, etc.) a 30% penalty will be applied to your refund for the remainder of the year. We suggest you only pay the year in full if you are 100% confident your dancer will participate fully in the entire season.

  • REGISTRATION FEE: This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Annual Registration fee of $50.00 for the 1st dancer; $15.00 for the 2nd sibling; $10.00 for any additional siblings. Payment in full is required for the registration fee, ½ of your first month’s tuition and your total of dances x $50.00 costume deposit.
  • TWIRL* (2-5YO PROGRAM) FEE: $28.00 one-time fee is required in full with your registration fee, ½ of your first month’s tuition and your total of dances x $50.00 costume deposit.
  • MONTHLY TUITION: Tuition payment is expected in full by the 1st day of each calendar month (not the students first dance class), to avoid a late fee. If payment is received after the 15th of the month, an additional late fee of $15.00 will be charged to your account.
