Pre-School Dance Class With A Twist!
Although we love the tried and true tiny tot combo classes, we wanted to find a way to make dance more exciting and engaging for our youngest dancers. After months of research we came across the amazing TWIRL* program from Confetti on The Dance Floor and started utilizing it in our studio in 2018! This program has been extremely successful up and down the east coast and we are so excited to have introduced it to Southern Maryland first!!

This fun + fancy Pre-school dance program takes dance class to the next level!
As a supplement to our existing curriculum, TWIRL* inspires creativity and imagination in your child while reinforcing dance basics.
As a Twirly girly, your dancer will receive:
- A TWIRL* activity book: We will utilize the book at least once per month during class, so we will store it at the studio all year. We will personalize it to your dancer, and she can take it home at the end of the year for continued fun!
- A TWIRL* ribbon for her dance bag: Each week, at the end of class, your dancer will earn a rhinestone for her ribbon. At the end of the dance year, she will have a super sparkly souvenir of her dance year!
- A TWIRL* Graduation Celebration Certificate: At the end of the dance year, we will host a mini-performance during dance class to demonstrate some of the fun and unique activities we’ve learned throughout the year, where your child will earn a certificate!
Your little dancer will look forward to dance day each week with the fun and imaginative activities offered in her Twirl class!
For our 2023-2024 season, our TWIRL* Program will be offered to ages 2-5 at the following times:
TWIRL*pink (2-3yo) - Mondays 5:00-5:45pm
TWIRL*lilac (3-4yo) - Thursdays 5:00-5:45pm
TWIRL*yellow (4-5yo) - Thursdays 5:45-6:30pm
Other TWIRL* Notes
- TWIRL* classes are booked on a first come first serve basis and each class have limited openings.
- TWIRL* classes require a one-time TWIRL* Fee.
- TWIRL* classes follow the regular dance season of September through June and still participate in the year-end recital. All regular season fees are still applicable.
TWIRL* is our 2-5 year old program at Power Explosion Studio of Dance! Becca Moore and Dani Rosenberg developed this awesome program and we are so excited that we have brought it to our younger dancers! TWIRL* includes a reward ribbon for their dance bag, a super fun activity book and a certificate of completion for each dancer at the end of the year. The TWIRL* fee is $28.00 per dancer and is due at Registration.
